Hands on experience for the past 30 years on more than 300 kilns.
Carried out numerous Hot Kiln Alignments, Trouble shooting, Seminars & Kiln parts replacements etc in India, Middle East & other countries.
Shailesh Tambat (General Manager)
He started his career as a young dynamic workshop engineer in1985 having worked on all conventional, NC and CNC machines too.
A veteran of cement and chemical industry ex-Phillips Kiln Services (1991 to 2012) trained in USA, ex-FLSmidth (2012-2019).
To date has worked on all types of rotary equipment with respect to Alignment, Grinding and Repairs across industries.
Has also imparted Kiln Maintenance training to Maintenance Personnel from India, Russia, Australia, UK, and Egypt.
VVSV Prasad (AGM)
Versatile engineering background from handling an engineering workshop at start of career to 2 decades + service in execution of In-situ maintenance of rotary kilns and dryers on behalf of Phillips Kiln Service, FLSmidth Ltd and now Proficient Kiln Services.
Durga Prasad(AGM)
Graduate Mechanical Engineer. Specialist in Rotary Kilns, Dryers and Similar Rotary Equipments.
Hands on experience from the past 20+ years and worked on more than 300+ kilns in India and Overseas.
Adept in Hot Kiln Alignment, erection, commissioning, preventive and breakdown maintenance of various rotary machineries.
Worked as Senior Manager in Phillips Kiln Services & also worked with FLSmidth as Assistant General

He is a technocrat.Started his career as a GET in 2001 with Phillips Kiln Services. Representing PKS in 10+ countries. Managed his 4 decades old family held OEM firm in hardcore engineering. Worked for Flsmidth India.

Manoj Pandey (Project Manager)
Manoj Pandey started his career with Phillips kiln Services in 2009. He has more than 11 years’ experience in maintenance of kiln and other similar rotary equipment. Every job site has some challenges, novelty and that is the attraction of this job for him. A part of job he loves is travelling alongwith his favorite pastime watching movies and playing table tennis.
